Professional with extensive experience in the financial and pension sector, with more than two decades of expertise in strategic management, investment management, and risk administration. He currently serves as General Manager of the CCSS Pension Fund Administrator, a position he has held at different stages since the entity began operations, leading its consolidation and growth.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from INCAE Business School, with training in finance, corporate governance, and portfolio management. Throughout his career, he has served on Corporate Governance committees, participated in strategic decision-making, and represented the organization before governing and oversight bodies.
