Daniella Gutiérrez Paviolo

Head of the AFP and Pension Funds Regulatory Development Department at the Superintendencia de Pensiones de Chile and Technical Secretary of the Consejo Técnico de Inversiones.

She holds a degree in Economics and Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and a Master’s degree in Social and Political Studies from Universidad Alberto Hurtado. She also holds the CFA certification.

She worked in the pension fund investment sector for more than ten years, including six years at AFP Habitat.

She later joined the Superintendencia de Pensiones de Chile, where she will complete 20 years of service in 2026. During her tenure at the institution, she has held several positions, including Senior Analyst in the Foreign Investment Department within the Financial Division, Head of the Projects and Financial Reporting Department within the Financial Division, and currently serves as Head of the AFP and Pension Funds Department within the Regulatory Development Division, while also acting as Technical Secretary of the Consejo Técnico de Inversiones.
