Lev Moltyaner is the Founder and Managing Partner of Procase Pension Systems, where he has delivered specialized technology solutions to the Canadian pension industry since 1992. He architected the company's flagship Pension Administration System, now in its fourth generation, which integrates workflow automation, document management, and mobile platforms. Currently he leads AI initiatives, including Pension Knowledge AI, Data Intake/Processing, and automated email triage systems.

A recognized Oracle expert and former Oracle Corporation engineer, Moltyaner has authored technical curricula and presented at global industry conferences. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
