Adriana Rangel is responsible for leading the team that designs and executes the distribution strategy at Vanguard in Latin America. The Latin America Distribution Team delivers Vanguard’s investment solutions and thought leadership to DC Pension Plans and intermediary institutions serving Latin American investors in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Brazil, Costa Rica and US Offshore.

Prior to being the Head of Distribution, she led the Institutional Sales Team in Latin America. Before joining Vanguard, Ms. Rangel spent six years at BlackRock where she was Director of iShares Global Markets for Latin America, focused on strengthening the ecosystem of local and global ETFs. Previously, she served as an Equity Sales Trader at UBS and a Money Market Trader at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

In 2024 Adriana obtained her MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. She has a degree in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Adriana is an independent board member at a fintech and is a co-founder a n d b o a r d m e m b e r of “Mujeres en Finanzas” (Women in Finance), a non-profit organization that seeks to close gender gap in leadership positions of the Mexican financial industry.
