He is a shareholder of the Heinsohn Group and has 19 years of experience within the organization. For the past 9 years, he has led the development of Payroll and Human Management solutions, where he consolidated a strong portfolio, drove international expansion, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened long-term relationships with clients across the region. He is currently leading the adoption of emerging technologies as a foundation to anticipate market challenges and support clients in an increasingly dynamic business environment.

He currently serves as President of the Heinsohn Group.
