Dominic Byrne was appointed Global Head of Retirement Solutions for Amundi UK in July 2025.

Dominic joined Amundi after a 17-year career at BlackRock, where he led the development of retirement investment solutions for institutional and retail clients worldwide.

From 2018 to 2025, he served as Head of Retirement Solutions Investment Strategy for EMEA, based in London. Prior to that, he was an Investment Strategist from 2007 to 2018 working across London and Tokyo.

Dominic has extensive experience collaborating with a diverse range of clients to design and implement pooled and customized multi-asset and lifecycle strategies, integrating active, index, and private market investment approaches.

He began his career in New York with American Express Bank and holds a degree from the University of Durham.
