Ángel Martínez-Aldama

Ángel Martínez-Aldama is the President of the Spanish Association of Collective Investment Institutions and Pension Funds (INVERCO), where he has worked since 1995. In 2021, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer, and since 2015 he has served as President of the association. Between 2004 and 2007, and again from 2013 to the present, he has been a member of the Board of Directors and the Management Committee of the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA).
He has also served as President and Vice President of PensionsEurope, formerly known as the European Federation for Retirement Provision (EFRP). In addition, he is currently a member of the Board of Directors of FIAP, along with holding several other institutional and industry-related positions and responsibilities.
Ángel holds degrees in Law and in Economics and Business Administration from Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE), Madrid, Spain.
