Elatia Abate is an entrepreneur, futurist, and educator who founded *Future of Now* to help individuals and organizations thrive amid inevitable disruption and prepare for the constantly evolving future ahead. She has served as a consultant and advisor to organizations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, UniGroup, Verizon, the University of Arizona, and the University of Cincinnati.

Named one of Forbes' leading futurist voices and recognized as a Global Futurist Speaker by the Transdisciplinary Agora for Future Discussions, her personal mission is to inspire others to let go of fear and despair and instead embrace regenerative resilience in the face of profound uncertainty. She has shared this message with tens of thousands of people around the world, speaking for organizations such as SEI, New York Life, VRBO, Deloitte, Belcorp, and SHRM, as well as on the TEDx stage, where she has explored how to pioneer the future of work.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Elatia built a successful international corporate career. She served as Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest brewer, where she led the design of the company's employer brand and co-founded its innovation lab in Palo Alto, California. Previously, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Dow Jones & Company, where she led global innovation initiatives.

She currently teaches executive education programs at the University of Chicago and Stanford University. She earned both her bachelor's degree and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago.
