Evelyn Navarro is an economist from the University of Costa Rica. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Cambridge and the CFA designation. She has 15 years of experience in investment management and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at BAC Pensiones, where she leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for managing pension funds with assets exceeding USD 5.3 billion.

Throughout her career, she has specialized in strategic asset allocation, comprehensive risk management, and economic and financial analysis, both locally and internationally. Her work is distinguished by a strategic vision, technical rigor, and a strong commitment to the highest standards of fiduciary ethics, aimed at protecting and growing the retirement assets of plan participants.
