Lucas is a finance professional with 40 years of experience in Financial Services, Technology, Pension Funds, Insurance, Trusts, and Banking. Over the past 30 years, he has held senior executive positions, including CEO roles in various local and multinational companies within the sector.

Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in structuring strategic alliances, cross-cultural management, customer-centric approaches, results orientation, and building effective teams. He has been actively involved in company formation, mergers, and sales processes, as well as in the creation and implementation of high-impact corporate strategies.

Additionally, Lucas has worked as a lecturer and speaker on topics related to the development of individuals and organizations, such as organizational transformation, accountability, high-performance teams, and leadership. He has collaborated with universities, business schools, and business forums, sharing his practical and strategic perspective with leaders and professionals across various industries.

For the past 25 years, he has been a member of Boards of Directors, Executive Committees, and other corporate governance bodies, serving both as chairman and in executive roles.

He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Unipago and actively participates in corporate governance spaces, as a member of the Board of Directors of CEVALDOM, where he also chairs its Audit Committee.
