Rosario Celedón currently serves as Vice President of the Autonomous Pension Protection Fund (since August 2025). She holds a law degree from the University of Chile and an LLM from the University of Berkeley, California. She has extensive experience in leadership roles within public and private institutions, as well as consulting in the design and implementation of public policies in financial regulation and supervision, digital finance, and financial inclusion.
Previous positions include Director of Financial Policy at the Central Bank of Chile (2022-2025), Commissioner of the Financial Market Commission (2017-2020), Head of Capital Markets at the Ministry of Finance, and Executive Director of the Financial Stability Council (2012-2014). She has also served as an independent director in financial institutions and has engaged in academic activities at various Chilean universities.
